Warranty Regulations

  1. Please NOTE: Due to the safety and privacy of the product, if there is no quality problem once the package is unpacked, we don’t support to return the product without reason.
  2. From the date of signing for the package, if the smart lid has function problems, and the official inspection department proves that belong to the non-human factor damage, then we will offer  1 year guarantee.
  3. We won’t offer warranty in these situations: self-disassembly, damage caused by improper use, or failure to provide valid shopping vouchers.
